The ECO boot washer 1-3 is a professional boot washer for the manual cleaning of heavily soiled boots in the hygiene area. Made of high-quality stainless steel and hygienic design, this boot washing station is ideal for smaller slaughterhouses, meat processing production companies and other production companies in the food industry. The system is available with 1 to 3 washing places (see options) and is accordingly equipped with 1 - 3 hand washing brushes, a removable sludge catcher and a square stainless steel foot bar.

In order to clean your boots with this boot wash place, the foot is placed on the four-edged step bar, which is located above the collecting basin. The edges guarantee a stable and comfortable hold and prevent the boot from slipping off even in wet conditions. The water flow of the water-carrying hand washing brushes is started with a simple grab on the hand lever valve on the tap. By rubbing the hard plastic bristles on the boots, even the most stubborn dirt particles are rubbed off and washed away by the water flowing out of the brush. Thanks to the 1m hose supplied, boot soles, boot shafts and sole edges can be easily cleaned from all sides. Of course, this boot washer can also be used to clean work shoes and other equipment manually without any problems.
The used water and the rinsed off dirt are collected in the large washing channel below the foot bar and automatically fed into the waste water. To prevent blockages and unpleasant odours, the boot washing system is equipped with an integrated sludge trap. This can be quickly removed, emptied and cleaned in a few easy steps.
The ECO boot washer 1-3 is characterized by a very high robustness. The use of high-quality, bead-blasted stainless steel guarantees a very long-lasting service life even with intensive use. Cleaning the system is also very easy. By avoiding horizontal surfaces and the large back wall, the boot washing system can simply be washed with a hosepipe for cleaning.
The boot washer is delivered ready for connection, but siphon, gaskets and small parts are not included in the scope of delivery. For commissioning, the boot washer only needs to be connected to the water connection and drain. The system is prepared for bolting to a wall.
