Dirt transportation from tires into sensible areas is very often underestimated. First of all the entrance zones will be contaminated and following vehicles will then spread the dirt further into the production areas.

With ProfilClean cleaning grates soiling problems can be eliminated directly at the entrance zones!

The grates have a height of 45 mm and can be mounted at ground level or above ground level and be accessed via flat ramps. This way a forced passage can be set up easily which all vehicles have to pass. Hot-dipped grates with special brushes are placed inside stainless-steel bins, which collect the brushed off dirt. The particular angle of the special brushes automatically clean tire treads mechanically when crossing the grates.

The accessible and passable ProfilClean cleaning panels (can hold up to 20 T axle load!) can also be installed in hall entrances due to the low height of 45mm. Vehicles pass over the cleaning panels without losing any time at all. During this process, the moving surface is cleaned by the patent-protected brush strips. The dirt is collected in the panels under the grating. Once the grates have been removed, the panels can be easily cleaned. Because the dirt falls into the panel below, it cannot be picked up by any vehicle using the device afterwards.

The ProfilClean comes in two different standard dimensions. Whilst the length (in the direction of motion) consistently remains at 976mm and the height at 44mm, the width varies (324mm and 702mm). Normally, the cleaning panels are embedded into the floor (screed) at ground level.

We recommend running the wheel treads over the brush panels at least three times in order to get rid of up to 90% of stubborn dirt!
