Description
The Hygiene station small is a bypass-safe hygiene station of the highest quality. It impresses with hygienically perfect disinfection of the hands and soles of the employees, an outstanding functionality and high-quality production made of the best stainless steel. This hygiene gateway is ideal as access-control to sensitive production areas in the pharmaceutical and food industries, where a medium number of staff is to be expected during shift changes. The sensor-controlled disinfection process and the vandal-proof, electrically controlled turnstile ensure that all employees enter the hygiene area with perfectly clean hands and soles.

The Hygiene station small is equipped with a pass-through sole cleaner for optimum cleaning of the shoe soles. When entering the hygiene station, the rotation of the two high-quality brush rollers starts. During the disinfection process the employees move on a stainless steel grid through which the nylon bristles of the roller brushes stick out. The rotation rubs off all sticky particles from the soles of the boots, work shoes and clogs. At the same time, the brushes are continuously wetted with a water-disinfectant mixture whose concentration can be individually adjusted by an automatic dosing system. In addition, the running time of the pass-through sole cleaner can be set as you wish. For safe and easy access to the cleaning system, the hygiene station is equipped with anti-slip stainless steel steps and has a high side step protection, which also serves as a spray protection wall.
To ensure optimum hand hygiene, the Hygiene station small is equipped with the Access-control and hand disinfection. This device consists of a foolproof 2-hand disinfection in connection with a unlocked turnstile after a completed hand disinfection. This can be either always unlocked in the direction of the social rooms or always locked. An optical display is positioned directly above the turnstile indicating whether the turnstile is free (green) or locked (red). A canister holder for the hand disinfectant is attached to the side of the access-control device.
The hygiene station is made entirely of stainless steel with finely ground surfaces and is characterised by high-quality manufacturing. All functional parts are easily reachable via maintenance flaps and the brushes of the sole cleaner can be removed without tools in a few easy steps. This reduces the cleaning and maintenance effort to an absolute minimum.
As the machine can be divided into two parts there are no problems with transportation.
The Hygiene Station Small is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
