The Sole washer WET 600 is almost identical in construction to the Electric boot washer. However, it does not come with the two additional nylon brushes situated on the sides to clean the boot legs.
With Sole washer WET 600, rubber boot soles and work shoe soles alike are cleaned and disinfected simultaneously.
How it works:
The user starts the robust Sole washer WET 600 using a handy grip switch (1). A round brush (2) starts to rotate and at the same time a solenoid valve releases the water supply. Water and cleaning agent or disinfectant are released from two spray nozzles (3+4) onto the brush. In this way, the soles are cleaned and disinfected at the same time. The dosing pump is already integrated in the Sole cleaning machine.

Use:
- Stand on the platform
- Keep a grip on the safety bar
- Step onto the grating in the cleaning room with one leg
- Press on the safety switch and release after a short amount of time
- Once the brushes have come to a stop, change legs and repeat the process
The Sole washer WET 600 is also used as a special version for Mercedes-Benz coating cabins, for example. This sole washer equipment is inserted into the grates of coating-systems and cleans the workers' soles from wax, filler and car paint. Thanks to its explosion proof technology, these machines can be used in the cabins and in this way, prevent the danger of slipping and dirt distribution outside of the cabin.
