Country	Prices
All EU-countries (exept for Germany)	In the declared prices (incl. VAT 19%) the German legal value added tax of 19 percent is included.    Industrial customers: You have the possibility to provide your value added tax identification number (VAT Reg. No.) in the ordering process (see template illustration (.jpg)). Thus the amount of the invoice does not include the value added tax (VAT).
Germany	In the declared prices (incl. VAT 19%) the German legal value added tax of 19 percent is included.
Switzerland	In the declared prices (incl. VAT 8%) the Swiss legal value added tax of 7.6 percent is included.
All other countries	On given prices no tax will be settled. Therefore the prices excl. VAT are effective. Nevertheless, additional taxes and duties can be raised in the country of destination and have to be carried by the buyer.

Blue Level GmbH is subject to the Swiss as well as the German legal value added tax.
