Description
The sole-cleaner hygiene for Clogs reliably removes dirt, contaminated particles and other impurities from all footwear used in hygienic areas.
The sole cleaner has been specially developed for smaller companies where hygiene has a very high priority. This sole cleaning machine is made of pure stainless steel to allow to use in humid, cold, almost sterile environments or contact with acids or other aggressive substances.
It can also be optionally equipped with a separate collection tray so that the contaminated water and dirt can be discharged directly into the canalisation (see accessories below). This completely eliminates contamination in the surrounding soil. In addition, this unit offers the possibility of mixing disinfectants or other liquids conveniently with one of the following two aids to an adjustable ratio (see options):
- Manual venturi-dosing pump: This high quality pump is manually operated and has a concentration of 0.5 - 10.9% depending on the nozzle used. The nozzles can be easily replaced to change the mixing ratio of the solution.
- Automatic hydraulic dosing pump: This high-quality hydraulic system automatically mixes disinfectant with a freely selectable percentage of 0.8 - 5.5% to the water.
With this sole cleaner, shoes can be cleaned and disinfected reliably and quickly, regardless of the option selected. Since the manual and hydraulic dosing pumps as well as the water supply are operated from the handle, the sole cleaner can be used to conveniently clean clogs without having to bend down to bring the footwear into a perfect hygienic condition.

The high-quality, hard sole brush and the two plastic side brushes have each 10 nozzles from which a water jet sprays. These are not only used for moistening, but thanks to their relatively high water pressure they can also immediately remove impurities. The water supply to of the side brushes can be deactivated by means of the laterally mounted regulator. In the case of very low shoes, this ensures that neither legwear nor socks come into contact with the cleaning solution. Thus the working clothes remain dry completely without mechanical splash protection. Furthermore, by closing the nozzles of the side brushes a stronger water pressure is created on the floor brush, which leads to a better cleaning performance of the soles.
We recommend the sole-cleaner hygiene for clogs primarily for economic and ecological reasons. The very low water consumption and the absence of a power supply are environmentally friendly and reduce costs. In contrast to a manual sole cleaning, the time saving for employees allows further cost savings. Despite its high quality and versatile functions, this sole cleaning machine can be purchased at a relatively low purchase price.
Even hard-to-reach areas and other equipment such as aprons can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly with the separately available hand brush (see accessories below).
If you are looking for a device with identical function, which can also thoroughly clean the boot shafts up to the very top, then we recommend our sole-shaft-cleaner hygiene.
