Description
The sole-shaft-cleaner hygiene frees boots from dirt, contaminated particles and other impurities from all sides and on the shafts in a hygienic way.
This boot washer has been developed for smaller companies where hygiene plays a very important role. As it is made of pure stainless steel, it can be used without hesitation in humid, cold and sterile areas and easily withstands contact with acids and other aggressive substances.
In order to prevent contamination of certain areas, this boot cleaner can be equipped with a perfectly adapted collection tray which directs the used cleaning solution directly into the drain (see accessories below). As an option, the sole-shaft-cleaner hygiene can be equipped with a manual or automatic dosing pump (see options):
- Manual Venturi dosing pump: This high quality pump is manually operated and has a dilution of 0.5 - 10.9% depending on the nozzle used. The nozzles can be easily replaced to change the mixing ratio of the solution.
- Automatic hydraulic dosing pump: This high-quality hydraulic system automatically mixes disinfectant with a freely selectable percentage of 0.8 - 5.5% to the water.
The boots are cleaned and disinfected reliably and quickly with this boot washer, which is essential for food processing companies, for example. Thanks to the water and dosing pump controls which are within easy reach, the operation is very convenient and does not require any unpleasant or risky movements.

The sole brush and all 4 side brushes each have ten nozzles from which a water jet emerges. This is strong enough to wash off even coarse impurities. If the water supply to the upper brushes is not required for shaft cleaning, they can be switched off with the help of the stopcock. This has the useful effect that the water pressure of the floor brush increases significantly and more stubborn dirt can be removed from the soles. With the separately available hand brush, even hard-to-reach areas and other equipment such as aprons can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly (see accessories below). If you are looking for a functionally identical device that is also suitable for ankle-high work shoes in hygienic areas, we recommend the sole-cleaner hygiene for clogs.
