For hand disinfection, the employee first guides his hands into the hand cleaning device. There, the hands are thoroughly washed with water and an automatically supplied detergent. The hands are then dried with a folding towel from the integrated dispenser. The used paper towel can be disposed of in the integrated waste paper basket. After the hands have been dried, the employee guides his hands into the hand disinfection device. Sensor-controlled spray nozzles thoroughly disinfect both hands from all sides. Only after this process has been completed the robust stainless steel turnstile is released, which is indicated by a red-green LED display.

During the entire disinfection process, the user moves on a grating through which the nylon bristles of the sole cleaner stick out. When an employee enters the hygiene station, the continuous sole cleaner is automatically activated by a sensor. The rotation of the round brushes and the automatic supply of disinfectant thoroughly cleans and disinfects the soles of shoes, boots and clogs. The soles of shoes and boots are also thoroughly cleaned again when they leave the production area. The turnstile is automatically unlocked by a sensor without the hands having to be cleaned again.

The hygiene station is equipped with several canister holders for disinfectants and cleaning agents for the hand and sole cleaning units. The sole cleaning system is equipped with spray protection walls on both sides in order to prevent splashing water and the carry-over of moisture. Before and after the system there are dismountable steps for comfortable and safe access to the system. A stable stainless steel handrail guarantees a safe stand during the entire cleaning process. The cleaning system is also equipped with an emergency-stop switch which stops the machine immediately and unlocks the turnstile on both sides for fast evacuation.

This hygienic station is made of finely ground stainless steel. The nylon brushes of the sole cleaning machine can be quickly removed with a few hand movements and all functional components are easily accessible, which reduces the maintenance and cleaning effort to a minimum.

The Hygiene Station hand wash hand disinfection folding paper dispenser is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
