The compact sole and boot cleaning disinfection device 240 - 400 volt ensures a fast and perfect cleaning of shoe and boot soles in hygienic areas. This sole cleaner is ideally suited for the use in smaller production plants in the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the healthcare sector. The sole cleaning machine is equipped with a round nylon brush and an integrated hand washing brush. It is completely made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4031 and convinces by an extremely robust construction. The sole and boot washer is suitable for cleaning all common shoes in hygienic areas of production plants and the health sector.

The boot and shoe washer is started by a button on the holding bar. The employee then positions his foot on the step grate above the round brush. The nylon bristles sticking out through the stainless steel grid clean the shoe and boot sole by rotating the roller brush. The sole cleaner is equipped with a dosing system for the hygienically perfect disinfection of the shoe soles. The dosage can be adjusted according to your individual needs and leads the ideal amount of detergent/water mixture to the rotating brush. The soles of work shoes, boots or clogs are thoroughly cleaned and perfectly disinfected in no time at all. The robust stainless steel holding bar ensures a safe stand during sole cleaning.
There is also space to clean shoes and other equipment manually next to the nylon brush. The boot and shoe cleaning device is equipped with a water-bearing hand brush. This allows the dirty upper side of shoes, boot shafts and smaller items of equipment to be cleaned quickly and easily. The dirty water is collected in the collection tank and drained off together with the waste water from the mechanical sole cleaning system.
This sole cleaning machine is made of the best stainless steel (1.4031) for maximum robustness and durability. In addition to very low power consumption, the boot washer is characterised by minimum maintenance. To clean the system, the round brush can be removed very quickly in just a few steps.

The sole and boot cleaning disinfection device 240 - 400 Volt is delivered ready for connection, but siphon, sealing and small parts are not included in the scope of delivery.
