a shaft cleaning module. Employees with clogs and work shoes leave the cleaning system via an intermediate platform located in front of the shaft cleaning device.

When an employee enters the hygiene station, the first step is to move through a pass-through sole cleaner. The
high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes stick out through the grating on which the employee stands.
The rotation of the brushes rubs off all impurities from the soles. The rotation time of the brushes can be adapted to the individual needs of each company. During the cleaning process, an automatic dosing pump feeds the disinfectant agent onto the brushes.
For the hand disinfection, the employee must hold his hands in the openings of the hand disinfector.
Two sensors ensure the constant presence of the hands and start the disinfection process. The hands are
sprayed with the disinfectant agent over a large area by two full-cone jet nozzles. After the hand disinfection has been completed, the vandal-proof stainless steel turnstile is released for one person in the direction of movement. The activation of the electrical turnstile is indicated by an LED display (red/green).
Persons who are equipped with shoes or clogs then leave the hygiene station via the
separate exit at the intermediate platform. Boot wearers enter the shaft cleaning module. The boot shafts are
thoroughly cleaned by 3 vertical roller brushes. The shaft cleaning module is started by a sensor in the handle, which is triggered by touching it. The rotation duration of these brushes can also be individually programmed.
All entrances and exits to the hygiene station are equipped with anti-slip steps to ensure that the cleaning system is used as conveniently and safely as possible. For a stable hold, the system is equipped with robust stainless steel handrails. The height of the hygiene station can be adjusted to the requirements of any production company with the height-adjustable stainless steel screw feet. All modules of the hygiene station can be stopped immediately via an emergency stop switch and the turnstile released for quick evacuation in both directions. This also happens automatically in the event of a voltage drop.
The hygiene station
completely made of high-quality stainless steel with finely ground surfaces. All functional parts are equipped with maintenance flaps. In addition, the nylon brushes can be removed in a few easy steps and without tools,
which minimizes the maintenance and cleaning effort of the hygiene station. The side-mounted canister holder for hand sanitiser and liquid soap is integrated as standard. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).
The
Hygiene Station hand disinfection sole cleaning shaft cleaning is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
