With the boot and work shoe washer, boots (right) and work shoes (left) can be cleaned simultaneously. Work shoes and boots are often worn, especially in the construction and gardening industries. That's why Blue Level has designed a combination machine that
cleans both heavily soiled work shoes and boots thoroughly. Through the use of
high-quality, 2mm thick stainless steel sheet and its extremely robust construction, this professional boot and work shoe washing system is
ideal for intensive, long-term and daily use in the construction industry, in horticulture, on workshops, agriculture or public safety organisations.

The cleaning station for work shoes (left) contains deep-mounted jet sprays with water nozzles, a special spray guard pointed upwards (protection panel) as well as an additional valve for regulating water quantity. In addition, the jet sprays can be turned by hand to control the direction of the water. This guarantees that work shoes are thoroughly cleaned with water without wetting socks or trousers. The cleaning station for work shoes is also equipped with a specially developed ground brush with bristles that are higher on the sides, ensuring optimal cleaning of soles and sole edges. Water is sprayed through small, rotatable jet nozzles onto the bristles and work shoes. Dirt is easily removed from work shoes when they come into contact with the lower and side bristles. Boots can also be cleaned at the cleaning station for work shoes.
The spray nozzles together with the 3 firmly installed brushes make the cleaning station for boots (right) especially effective as they ensure an optimal cleaning of soles and shoe edges. The water flows through small spray nozzles, reaching the bristles and the boots. When the boots are rubbed against the side and lower brushes, dirt is removed effortlessly. Soles, contours and the sole edges are all efficiently cleaned in this way. The grating, which is located higher up, provides a support for the boots whilst the bootleg is being cleaned with the handheld cleaning brushes with water flowing through.
Both cleaning stations are equipped with a higher, removable grating as a surface for the manual cleaning of the boot shafts and the upper leather of the work shoes. The boots and work shoes can be cleaned of all dirt with one of the two water-bearing hand brushes included in the delivery. Of course, other equipment can also be cleaned wet with the hand brush.
The used water is collected via the large water channel and automatically fed into the wastewater. To prevent blockages and unpleasant odours, we offer an optional dirt trap and odour trap (see options).
As an option the boots and work shoe washer can be equipped with two side splashboards and one rear splashboard. This prevents the area around the wash station, as well as sensitive equipment and people in the area, from becoming wet and dirty as a result of spray (see option splash protection wall).

For an additional cost, the standard handheld plastic washing brushes can be substituted for highly professional stainless steel handheld washing brushes with nylon bristles, hand level trip switch and a robust reinforced hose made from wire mesh (see options):

The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible waterworks. The European standard DIN EN 1717 is the guideline here, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be carried out exclusively by an authorised specialist company. When connecting to the drinking water system, an approved system separator / pipe separator must be considered (not included in the delivery).
