With the
sole disinfection tub BASIC we offer an efficient, hygienically perfect and cost-effective solution for the disinfection of the soles of shoes, boots and clogs in a continuous process. The hygiene station finds
its ideal application in small to medium-sized butcher's shops, the pharmaceutical or food industry, which have a high personnel volume at the beginning of a shift.
In the bypass-safe continuous process, the soles of the employees are perfectly disinfected in the shortest possible time. The disinfection basin is followed by a draining zone which collects superfluous liquid.
The sole disinfection tub is also equipped with a two-sided handrail made of stainless steel as well as an automatic water supply and dosing pump. The disinfection unit is available in 3 different lengths (see options).

The disinfection basin with draining zone
protects access to sensitive production areas by requiring all employees to walk through the disinfection mixture for access. An
automatic dosing pump ensures that the cleaning mixture always has the desired concentration. In addition, the system automatically ensures that the disinfection tank is
always filled to the correct level. The Pass-through sole desinfection tub BASIC guarantees the hygienically perfect disinfection of the soles.
The draining zone after the disinfection basin catches the liquid dripping from the shoes. The majority of the
superfluous moisture is collected by lightly tapping the shoes on the grate before it is carried off into the sensitive production areas. The side-mounted canister holder for disinfectant is integrated as standard.
For the safety of the employees, the disinfection system is equipped with anti-slip gratings and has stainless steel handrails on both sides. In addition, steps can be removed before and after the sole disinfection tub, which makes it easy to enter and leave the system. The height of the system and the steps can be individually adjusted using
stainless steel screw feet.
The disinfection station is made entirely out of stainless steel and is characterised by its
high robustness and long service life. The functional, hygienic design as well as the automatic supply of water and disinfectant reduces the maintenance and cleaning effort of this system to a minimum.
The
pass-through Sole Disinfection Tube BASIC is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
