removing dust and dry soiling from the soles of shoes. The continuous sole cleaner is ideally suited for companies that have to do without wet sole cleaning for technical production reasons (e.g. bakeries). Forced guidance ensures that all employees pass through the sole cleaner before they can enter sensitive production areas. The sole cleaner is available with a side, head or without a dirt trap drawer (see options).

The
Pass-through sole cleaner ECO dry version is sensor-controlled. This means that
the rotation of the two roller brushes starts automatically when an employee enters the bottom cleaning system. The user moves on a stainless steel grid through the continuous sole cleaner. The high-quality nylon bristles of the roller brushes protrude through the grate. The rotation rubs off all buildup and dirt from the soles and sole edges. The grated dust and dirt is collected in a
stainless steel dirt-trapping drawer under the brushes. The drawer can be emptied extremely quickly and easily.
In the version without drawer, the dirt is simply
collected underneath the brushes. Due to the easily removable brush rollers, the collecting basin can be easily emptied with a vacuum cleaner. The big advantage of the version without a dirt collecting drawer lies in the fact that
it can be used as a wet continuous sole cleaner if the requirements within the production company change. For this purpose, the magnetic valve must simply be connected to a fresh water supply.
The option with a dirt collection drawer allows dirt to be emptied very quickly and easily and is available on request as a
pull-out option at the head end instead of the side. This option is particularly suitable for bakeries and other businesses where future use with water can be completely ruled out.

Robust stainless steel handrails ensure that the personnel are guided by force. No employee can enter the sensitive production areas without having completely walked through the sole cleaner. The
side step protection and the slip-resistant, removable steps, which ensure safe and comfortable entry and exit from the system, ensure maximum safety. In addition, the system has an emergency stop switch which switches off the sole cleaner immediately when actuated. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
The continuous sole cleaner is
completely made of high-quality stainless steel. This makes it very robust and has a long service life. The sole cleaning system is equipped with stainless steel rotating feet for perfect levelling. In addition to the first-class cleaning performance, the sole cleaning machine
impresses with its minimal cleaning and maintenance effort. All functional parts can be accessed via maintenance flaps. In addition, the roller brushes can be removed in a few easy steps for cleaning without tools.
