Contaminated shoes are first placed on the stainless steel grid and the 12 sole brushes. The stainless steel spray nozzles attached to the side of the machine thoroughly wet the footwear with liquid. The sole brushes, which work shoes rub against during the cleaning process, thoroughly remove soiling. During cleaning, the stainless steel grab rail provides a safe place to hold on to. On the left-hand side of the grab rail is a high-quality, water-bearing stainless steel hand washing brush equipped with a water hose. This enables work shoes to be cleaned individually and precisely. An automatic water stop valve is also integrated into the grab rail, which can be easily operated with one hand. The "Shoe washer built-in version for renovation" also has a certified system separator in accordance with DIN EN 1717, which protects the water quality.
The shoe washing system is embedded in a stainless steel grating, which allows for versatile installation. For example, directly in manhole covers or via a waterproof floor recess. The "Shoe washer built-in version for renovation" therefore offers a high degree of flexibility in the choice of location. It is particularly popular with the fire brigade, in military accommodation as well as in agriculture and commercial operations. It is also ideal as a replacement for older models such as the earlier "Rotter" model when renovating shoe cleaning areas. With the 1.5 metre long flexible hose supplied and the conversion kit for water pipes, conversion to the newer models is easy. In some cases, the shoe washing system can even be connected to existing floor tubs.
The boot washer is equipped with an integrated splash protection wall as standard. The grating and the 12 brushes of the shoe washer can be easily removed and replaced, making maintenance and cleaning simple. The water connection must comply with local water regulations and should be carried out by an authorised specialist company. A power connection is not required.
