The "Shoe washer work shoes built-in version flat" cleans work shoes effectively and quickly using 12 robust sole brushes per cleaning station. Soiled shoes are placed on the practical crossbar, which serves as a base. A signal is sent through the foot valve and stainless steel spray nozzles on the side thoroughly moisten the shoes from all sides. Soiling is effortlessly removed from the surface while the work shoes rub against the base and side brushes. This gives the shoes a new shine. The boot washer is equipped with an integrated splash protection wall as standard.
A stainless steel holding bracket at the correct height provides stability and safety during the cleaning process. On the left-hand side of each tub and bracket is a water-bearing hand-washing brush with a quick-closing valve and a stainless steel rinsing pipe to make shoe cleaning even more precise. The holding bracket has an integrated automatic water stop valve that can be easily operated with one hand. There are two versions and sizes of shoe washer to choose from: one with a single washing area and another with double capacity, which offers two boot cleaning areas. The double system that can be ordered also has a certified BA system separator in accordance with DIN 1717 to maintain the water quality.
The stainless steel tub of the shoe washing system has a central drain with a removable stainless steel grate in the centre. This grate is equipped with an integrated sludge trap and an odour trap to ensure smooth water drainage and prevent odour nuisance from the drainage system. The drain is available in either a vertical version with NW 100 or a horizontal version with NW 50. Both the centre grating in the double unit and the 12 sole brushes of the shoe washer can be easily removed and replaced, making maintenance and cleaning particularly easy. The water connection must comply with the local waterworks regulations and should be carried out by an authorised specialist company. No power connection is required.
