Drying is carried out using
circulating warm air without any mechanical movement of the textiles. This preserves the shape, fibres and structure of even delicate or heavy materials. Thanks to the
high-voltage connection (400 V), significantly
more heating power is available, which considerably reduces the drying time. Powerful warm air blowers and fans in the upper part of the cabinet ensure an even flow of air through the clothes, so that up to 20 items of clothing can be completely dried in around
55 minutes at 50% humidity.
There are two drying programmes to choose from:
Normal/Extra and 40°/60°. The cabinet switches off automatically at the end of the programme. The
temperature is regulated by sensors and a thermostat. It is operated via interior lighting, a touch panel and a multilingual programme selection. A child safety lock can also be activated. It operates quietly at a volume of 57 dB(A) and the drying cabinet is designed for use in
heated indoor areas from 15 °C.
The robust construction made of
powder-coated, galvanised steel is durable, moisture-resistant and corrosion-protected. The interior features
4 swing-out clothes hangers, each with 5 fork bars, which can be used to hang wet clothes. Together, these
20 swing-out stainless steel bars provide a
drying length of 18 m. On request, glove holders are available for the inside of the doors.
The stainless steel air filter is located in the upper cabinet area, is easy to remove and should be cleaned regularly. The moist air is discharged via an exhaust air hose (Ø 125 mm) and can be easily connected to an existing exhaust air system. The cabinet is usually supplied without a power cable. It requires heavy current (400 V / 3 phases / 4200 W) and should be professionally connected directly by an electrician and fitted with an appropriate cable and plug. The drying cabinet is delivered assembled on a pallet. Delivery is by lorry to the kerbside.
