This Brush roller 1600 mm is designed for use
in automatic sole cleaning modules within hygiene stations. Typical locations of use are
food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities or other
hygiene-critical areas. It is used to replace worn rollers or for individual retrofitting of existing systems.

The roller is made of
durable plastic with PA6 bristles that retain their shape even with intensive use. The
blue bristles make it easy to visually check for cleanliness or wear. This
1600 mm version is particularly suitable for wide cleaning areas and facilities with high foot traffic. It allows for a significantly larger cleaning area than the shorter versions and is fully compatible with our hygiene stations (brush length 1600 mm). This brush roller is also
available in other lengths, including
400 mm, 700 mm and 1100 mm.
The brush roller is
supplied with fittings, i.e. all necessary connecting elements, such as the M30 hexagon socket cylinder screw, the brush shaft bearing side and matching grub screws, are included in the scope of delivery. This means that the brush roller can be replaced without much effort and installed directly into the existing system.
