This sole cleaning system is designed for the
tough demands of industrial use. It
thoroughly cleans the soles from dust and dirt with its 4 counter-rotating roller brushes. Even very dirty sole profiles are thoroughly rubbed clean. The two brushes for cleaning the sole edges are mounted on the side of the front part of the sole polisher. In addition, the sole cleaner is equipped
with a very large upper leather brush, which makes it easy to clean the upper shoe.
The sole polishing system starts with a light touch of the capacitive sensor. The 230-volt motor with its 750 revolutions per minute ensures the perfect rotation speed of the nylon brushes. The
extremely robust toothed belt drive ensures optimum brush tension.
The employees rub the foot alternately on the various brushes to clean their work shoes. The bristles
rub any dirt off the footwear in seconds. The removed dirt is collected in a large dirt collection tray located under the sole cleaning machine. Thanks to the tray system and the easy reachability of the dirt container, it can be quickly emptied in a few easy steps, which
reduces the maintenance effort of the unit to a minimum.
We offer an optional grate for this sole cleaning machine (see options). The advantage is obvious: after cleaning the sole, the user does not step back into the dirty area from which he came, as dirt largely falls through the grate and the tread surface itself remains clean. This ensures better separation of the black and white areas, especially in sensitive areas. The standard version is supplied without grate.
We offer an ESD version with special conductive brushes for use in areas where potential static charges could be problematic (see options). Eliminating static charges can protect sensitive electronics.
