The
Hygiene station with hand- and soles disinfection ECO was developed to achieve optimum operating hygiene in larger production facilities in the food industry, slaughterhouses, cutting plants and the pharmaceutical industry. This hygiene lock is particularly recommended for high, simultaneous personnel volumes at the beginning of shifts and shift changes in
larger production plants. Thanks to its
impeccable forced guidance and efficient cleaning performance, this cleaning and disinfection system ensures fast and hygienically perfect cleaning and disinfection of boot and shoe soles as well as the hands of employees entering and leaving sensitive hygiene areas. The individual components of this two-lane hygiene sluice are designed for the highest safety standards and resilience with high running cycles and guarantee the highest hygiene standards.
The
Hygiene station with hand- and soles disinfection ECO can be ordered in two different versions (see options). The standard version is equipped with a
disinfection basin with draining zone in the entrance lane. Leaving the hygiene area is provided by a
continuous sole cleaner which is equipped with two rotating nylon brushes. Optionally, both running directions can be equipped with brush roller modules (instead of the disinfection basin in the entrance lane).

When entering the hygiene lock in the direction of the production rooms, the employee first guides his hands into the opening of the hand disinfection module. Outwitting-proof sensors ensure the presence of the hands and trigger the disinfection process via two full-cone jet nozzles. The robust, electric turnstile is only released after the disinfection program has been completed and the employee can then enter the sensitive production areas. The release of the turnstile is indicated by a multi-LED display.
In the standard version, the employee stands in a disinfectant tub during the entire process, which ensures thorough disinfection of the soles of shoes and boots. The basin is equipped with a non-slip grating and an automatic dosing system. Attached to the disinfection basin, there is a draining basin that prevents moisture from being carried into the production rooms. In the version with two roller brush modules, the shoe soles of the employees are cleaned by
rotating nylon round brushes under automated dosing of disinfectant.
When leaving the hygiene area, the employee enters a roller brush module. The robust nylon bristles of the round brushes extend through the stainless steel grid on which the employee moves. The sensor-controlled rotation of the brushes
thoroughly cleans the soles as they leave the production areas to prevent dirt and filth from being carried into the social area of the production plant. The exit lane is equipped with a one-sided approved mechanical stainless steel turnstile.
On request, this hygiene lock can also be equipped with hand disinfection on both sides and automatically controlled electrical turnstiles. With this configuration as a double-track system, various options for sole cleaning and disinfection are possible.
This hygiene lock is completely made of
high-quality stainless steel with finely ground surfaces. For quick and easy maintenance of the machine, all functional components of the system can be accessed via maintenance flaps. In addition, the brushes of the sole cleaner can be easily removed and replaced in a few simple steps. State-of-the-art data and time recording systems can be easily integrated into this hygiene lock.
The
Hygiene Station with hand- and sole disinfection ECO is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
