To gain access to the sensitive production areas, employees must pass through the sole cleaner completely. They move on a stainless steel grating positioned above the rotating roller brushes. The
high-quality nylon bristles stick out through the grating and
rub all sticky parts of the soles of shoes and boots. By using an automatic, individually adjustable dosing system, the desired water-disinfectant mixture is continuously distributed to the brushes and soles. The rotation of the roller brushes is started in both directions
by a sensor control which is triggered when entering the sole cleaning machine. The running time of the system can be individually programmed.
Stable stainless steel handrails are mounted on both sides to ensure that the entire length of the pass-through sole cleaner is passed through and provides a secure and stable hold during sole cleaning. Two non-slip, removable stainless steel steps ensure safe and easy entry and exit from the hygiene lock. In addition, the sole cleaning machine is equipped
with an especially high side step protection, which also functions as an
integrated splash guard.
The sole polishing machine is entirely made of stainless steel with finely ground surfaces and is characterised by
high-quality manufacturing. In addition, it impresses with the
cleaning and maintenance effort reduced to an absolute minimum. All functional parts are easily reachable through maintenance flaps. The two roller brushes can be removed quickly and easily without tools for cleaning in a few simple steps.
The pass-through sole cleaner PROFI can be operated individually or as a basic module when putting together an individually configured hygiene station (Profi models) - see accessories further down. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
The pass-through Sole Cleaner PROFI is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
