the thorough cleaning and disinfection of shoe soles. Forced control ensures that all employees have perfectly cleaned soles of shoes and boots when entering the sensitive production areas. The sole cleaner is ideal for the use of an entry control to the hygiene area of medium-sized production companies in the pharmaceutical, slaughter and food industries or as a cleaning station in industrial companies for the prevention of lubricant and oil entrainment.

When entering the system the rotation of the two roller brushes is started automatically by a sensor. The employee moves on a stainless steel grate mounted over the rotating brushes. The high-quality nylon bristles stick through the grate and rub all sticky parts of the soles and sole edges of clogs, boots and work shoes with a rotary motion. The roller brushes are wetted with a water cleaning agent during the entire cleaning process. With the aid of the individually adjustable dosing system, the cleanser or disinfectant is dosed automatically. This pass-through sole cleaner is designed for the use in both directions and cleans the soles of the staff when entering and leaving sensitive production rooms.
The handrails on both sides ensure that all employees pass through the entire length of the pass-through sole cleaner. In combination with the side step protection, the stainless steel railings ensure maximum safety during sole cleaning. Before and after the system there are also slip-resistant, removable steps, which allow easy and safe entry and exit from the sole cleaning machine. The sole cleaning system is equipped with stainless steel rotating feet for optimum levelling.
The sole polishing machine is completely made of finely ground stainless steel. In addition to its thorough and efficient cleaning performance, the system is characterised above all by minimal cleaning and maintenance requirements. All functional parts are reachable through maintenance flaps and the roller brushes can be removed for cleaning in a few easy steps without tools.
The pass-through sole cleaner ECO can be operated individually or serve as a basic module when putting together an individually configured hygiene station (ECO models) - see accessories further down.
The pass-through Sole Cleaner ECO is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
