In contrast to classic
boot washers, the cleaning station for work shoes
has low-mounted spray bars with water nozzles, a special splash guard on top (protective plate) and an additional valve for regulating the amount of water. In addition, the spray bars can be turned by hand and thus the direction of the water jet can be individually controlled. This guarantees intensive wet cleaning of the work shoes without water getting on the trousers or socks. In addition, this shoe washing machine is
equipped with a specially developed floor brush with higher bristles at the sides, which ensures quick and perfect cleaning of the soles and sole edges of the work shoes.
For shoe cleaning, the work shoe is positioned on the
higher, removable stainless steel grating. The hard bristles of the water-bearing hand brush can be used to thoroughly clean the upper surface of the shoes. The shoe can then be rubbed in the floor brush optimized for work shoes. Water is sprayed directly onto the brush and shoe via the swivel spray nozzles. The added water and rubbing in the bristles of the floor brush
remove even the most stubborn dirt from the soles and sole edges of the work shoes in a few moments. The used water is collected in the water channel and automatically discharged into the drain.
The use of high-quality stainless steel makes the shoe washing system
very robust and durable. In addition, the shoe cleaning machine is extremely easy to clean and maintain due to its unique design and removable grating.

As an option the work shoe washer can be equipped with two side splashboards and one rear splashboard. This prevents the area around the wash station, as well as sensitive equipment and people in the area, from becoming wet and dirty as a result of spray (see option splash protection wall).

For an additional cost, the standard handheld plastic washing brushes can be substituted for highly professional stainless steel handheld washing brushes with nylon bristles, hand level trip switch and a robust reinforced hose made from wire mesh (see options).
