The pass-through sole cleaner BASIC was developed for the daily use in hygiene areas of larger companies in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Thanks to its efficient cleaning capacity, this pass-through sole cleaner is ideal for production companies with high staff numbers at the start of shifts and shift changes. By means of forced guidance, this sole cleaning system ensures that all employees enter and leave sensitive production facilities with hygienically perfect shoe soles.
When entering the cleaning system, the rotation of the high-quality nylon brushes is automatically activated by a sensor. The employees move over a grating through which the bristles of the round brush stick out and rub off all the dirt on the soles of the shoes and boots. The integrated canister holder and the automatic dosing pump ensure that the optimum amount of disinfectant reaches the shoe and boot soles via the rotating brushes. The continuous sole cleaner is designed for the use in both directions and cleans the soles of the staff reliably when entering and leaving sensitive production rooms.
The handrails on both sides ensure a stable hold during sole cleaning. The sole cleaning system is equipped with spray protection walls on both sides in order to prevent splashing water and the associated carry-over of moisture. In addition, there are removable steps before and after the system for easy access to and exit from the sole cleaning machine.
The pass-through sole cleaner is completely made of stainless steel with fine-ground surfaces. The round brushes can be quickly removed with a few hand movements and all functional components are easily accessible via maintenance flaps. This reduces the maintenance and cleaning effort to a minimum.
The pass-through Sole Cleaner BASIC is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
