For installation at ground level
The walk-through disinfection tub is
installed in the ground in front of the entrance to the protected production area and
screwed in place. To enter the hygiene area, the employees have to walk through the disinfection tub. To do so, they stand on a
slip-resistant stainless steel grating, which is located below the level of the disinfectant solution they have chosen. The boots, clogs and work shoes are repeatedly immersed in the disinfectant solution as they cross the basin, which ensures
perfectly disinfected soles and sole edges.
In addition to the efficient and thorough disinfection of shoe soles and sole edges, disinfection tubs are characterised by
extremely low maintenance and cleaning requirements. The disinfectant solution can be conveniently refilled manually using a hand lever valve. To empty the disinfection basin in a few moments after the end of a shift, the drain connection can simply be pulled out. The standpipe valve also ensures that the tub does not overflow. For cleaning the disinfection tub,
the grating can simply be removed and cleaned with conventional cleaning agents.
