The
hygiene station PROFI Check In with hand wash, hand dryer, disinfection and a following sole cleaning is very popular, because it completely handles the
hand cleaning process up to the disinfection of the hands. In addition, two rotating brushes guarantee
fast and thorough cleaning of the shoe soles. Thanks to the latest sensor systems and an extremely robust stainless steel turnstile, the
disinfection of the hands and shoe soles of the employees is guaranteed. For drying the hands before disinfection, a choice can be made between classic drying with a folding towel dispenser and the environmentally friendly method with a high-speed hand dryer. In addition, the cleaning station is available in three different brush lengths of the continuous sole cleaner.

Procedure for using the PROFI Check In hygiene station
1. Handwashing
2. Drying of the hands
3. Desinfection of the hands
4. Cleaning of the soles
At the beginning the control LED lights up red. It indicates that the device is ready for use and that the turnstile is locked.
1. In the contact-free washing area, the user first guides his hands into the openings of the soap dispenser. This is controlled by a sensor and then dispenses soap onto both hands with 2 cone-shaped jet nozzles. Then the water supply to the sink is immediately activated so that the employee can wash his hands without coming into contact with the large sink.
2. Then an automatic high-speed hand dryer dries the hands hygienically, thoroughly and environmentally friendly in less than 10 seconds or the user dries his hands with disposable paper towels in an appropriate dispenser (depending on the option selected).
3. The user then inserts his hands into the disinfection area. The automatic sensors, protected against unintended use, activates 2 nozzles that spray the hands with disinfectant. The control LED now switches from yellow to green.
4. The stainless steel turnstile is now released and the employee can enter the secure area. The control LED then lights red again. Two horizontal rotating brushes, which are covered with a stainless steel grid, ensure fast and efficient cleaning of the shoe soles. The rotation of the nylon brushes is triggered by a sensor and the operating time can be set individually. During operation, the brushes are sprayed with a mixture of water and detergent, which is automatically dosed.
A solid construction of high quality stainless steel with finely smoothed surfaces allows quick and thorough cleaning of hands and soles with a minimum of time and energy. The side-mounted canister holder for hand sanitiser and liquid soap is integrated as standard. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).
The
Hygiene Station PROFI Check In is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
