Blue Level GmbH sells no personal data of the customers and only leaves these data to associated companies helping us with the achievement performance. These are the logistics enterprises as for example Swiss post, UPS, Deutsche Post AG etc. In any case, your data will only then be transmitted when it is necessary for the delivery of a parcel (name, address), but by no means account numbers or payment information, as for example credit card data.
The information we need from you
To be able to handle your order promptly and to your full satisfaction, we need to know your complete name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. Also to handle your order as quick as possible, we sometimes have to pass this information on to our suppliers, our manufacturers, UPS, the Royal Mail and other third parties. This is the only way we can handle your order and inform you about when you can expect the delivery. A few minutes after sending the order we will send you an e-mail with your entire order information to keep you up-to-date.
Use of cookies
To be able to order in our online shop, so-called session cookies will be placed when you enter certain pages. It involves a small text file, which will automatically be deleted from your computer after the browser session. This file exclusively serves to be able to use certain applications, e.g. our cart system.
