1. What kind of payment do you accept online? 
We accept following methods of payment:

Invoice
The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period.

Credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA)
The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period.


Payment in advance
The merchandise will be shipped after receipt of payment immediately or according to the delivery period.

2. How does payment in advance works ? 
  • After receipt of your order you will receive an invoice with accounted value-added tax in PDF-Format by e-mail. There you will find all account informations.

  • The merchandise will be shipped after receipt of payment immediately or according to the delivery period. 

  • Depending on the recipient country you can make your remittance onto our bank account in either Germany (EUR) or Switzerland (CHF). 

  • Please remember to inform your bank that you will bear the complete bank charges. Credit transfers within the EU are not liable to charges if you use IBAN and Swift- code for the transfer.

  • To avoid any delay, our account is checked daily online.

3. How does a payment by credit cards work ? 
  • We accept payments by Eurocard / Mastercard and Visa Card.

  • The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period.

  • The transaction will be made over the secure payment programm Datatrans.

  • Especially safe with: Mastercard Secure Code and Visa Card Verified by VISA.  

  • With the merchandise you will receive an invoice with the accounted value-added tax.

4. Where do I find all details for advance payment? 
You find all the necessary information in the confirmation email, which you receive when you choose the method of payment payment in advance.

5. Where and how do I submit a VAT identification number? 
If your company (in a European country, except Germany) has a VAT identification number, you can state so with your Online order so that you do not have to pay VAT.

We then check whether your VAT number is valid. If it is shown to be invalid, we must then unfortunately debit the VAT. Should this happen, we will notify you beforehand.
