Delivery charges:

• The delivery will be made free of charge!
  (incl. Insurance, packaging such as one-way pallets) 
• Exception: for spare part- and polish orders we charge
• CHF 9.90 inc 8.1% VAT (PostPac Economy)
• CHF 14.90 inc 8.1% VAT (PostPac Priority). 

• By invoice: The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period. The invoice is enclosed in the parcel and is due for payment within 14 days.·  
• By PostCard (PostFinance Debit Direct): The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period after an inspection by Postfinance.·   
• By credit card: we accept Eurocard / Mastercard or VISA. The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period. 
• We reserve the right to change the payment method by means of the order confirmation.

• Parcels: the average duration is 2 work days.
• Pallets: the average duration is 2 work days.

• In the declared prices (incl. VAT 8.1%) the Swiss legal value added tax of 8.1 percent is included.

• Already during the production our shoe shining machines are equipped with Swiss plugs and thus match an original Swiss warranty.

• By invoice: Big well known enterprises (banks, insurances etc.) and public institutions (schools, universities etc. may be issued per invoice on request (e.g. your order per fax with signature)·  Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice is due for payment within 14 days. The merchandise will be shipped immediately or according to the delivery period.  
• We reserve the right to change the payment method by means of the order confirmation.

• Shipping is usually quoted as "door-to-airport" (CIF). Depending on the recipient country, we send the goods also "door-to-door" for little additional cost. Please ask for a quote! 
• If we send the goods "door-to-airport" (for example to Asia, USA), it takes about 3-5 days to reach your nearest international airport. You'll need to arrange customs clearance and delivery to your location from there. You can clear and pick up the consignment by yourself, or contact a forwarding agent to do this for you.
