Description
A cleaining station Cleancontrol PROFI is recommended for high, simultaneous passenger traffic during shift changes in larger food production facilities, slaughterhouses or cutting plants. This hygiene station ensures fast, efficient and hygienically perfect cleaning and disinfection of boot and shoe soles as well as the hands of employees when entering sensitive production areas and clean rooms thanks to its impenetrable forced guidance. When leaving these areas, the soles of shoes and boots are cleaned or disinfected again. The components of this two-lane cleaning system are designed for the highest safety standards and resilience under very high running cycles and ensure compliance with the highest hygiene standards in production plants with high staffing levels.
The cleaning station Cleancontrol PROFI is available in two different versions (see options). The standard version is equipped with a disinfection basin with a drip tray in the entrance lane. A continuous sole cleaner equipped with roller brushes is used to leave the production area. The hygiene station is optionally available with brush modules in both running directions.

When entering the system, the employees first guide their hands into the openings in the housing of the automatic turnstile provided for this purpose. Two outside-proof sensors detect the continuous presence of both hands and clean them via the two full-cone jet nozzles with the set amount of disinfectant. The extremely robust, vandal-proof, electric turnstile is only released when the disinfection process has been completed. The successful disinfection of the hands is indicated by an LED display. As soon as this changes from red to green, the stainless steel turnstile is released and the employee can walk through it. Any lack of disinfectant is indicated by a yellow flashing display.
In the standard version, the employees stand in a stainless steel disinfection basin during hand disinfection. After passing through the turnstile, they enter a drip tray with stainless steel grating, which prevents large quantities of disinfectant and moisture from being carried into the production area. In the version with two roller brush modules, the shoe soles of the employees are cleaned by rotating nylon round brushes under automated dosing of disinfectant.
When leaving the production areas protected by hygiene locks, the employees enter a roller brush sole cleaner and pass through the mechanical turnstile, which is released in one direction. The nylon bristles of the two 1600 mm long round brushes pass through a stainless steel grid on which the employees move. The rotation of the brushes triggered by a sensor in combination with the automatically supplied cleaning agent cleans the soles thoroughly when leaving the plant and prevents dirt from being carried off into the social rooms of the plant. On request, the exit lane can also be equipped with hand disinfection and an automatically controlled electrical turnstile (instead of the mechanical turnstile).
The hygiene station is completely made of high-quality, finely ground stainless steel. For easy maintenance and cleaning of the machine, all internal components of the system can be accessed via maintenance flaps and the brushes of the sole cleaner can be easily removed and replaced in a few simple steps. Modern time and data recording systems of the latest generation as well as in-house systems can be easily integrated into this hygiene station.
This cleaning system is also available in configurations as a dual-lane hygiene station for very high personnel volumes. Double brush modules or disinfection basins with hand disinfection on both sides are easily possible.
The hygienic station can be separated into three parts, so there are no problems during installation and transport. Siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
