Description
The combination of hand washing, hand disinfection and sole cleaning in the Hygiene station ECO Compact III makes this cleaning system ideal for small to medium-sized production plants where high hygiene standards must be maintained. This hygiene sluice is designed for daily use at not too busy entrances to production facilities in the pharmaceutical, meat and food industries.
The hygiene sluice is equipped with a contactless, sensor-controlled hand washing module, a foolproof hand disinfection device with electric stainless steel turnstile and a continuous sole cleaner with brush rollers. The system ensures perfectly clean and disinfected hands and soles of all employees and is extremely time and energy efficient. The compliance with the highest hygiene standards is controlled and ensured by means of bypass-safe, sensor-controlled forced guidance.

The complete cleaning and disinfection process takes place in the following four steps:
1. When an employee approaches the hygiene sluice, a red LED signal indicates that the system is ready for operation. Due to the contactless activation of the sensor in the hand basin, soap is first dispensed via a separate soap outlet tap. The dosage of the soap solution and the duration of the soap outlet (1-3 seconds) can be individually adjusted to the requirements of the operation. The water flow of the tap then starts automatically for the preset time.
2. The integrated folding towel dispenser dries the hands. After the hands have dried, the used paper towel can be disposed of in the wastepaper basket made of stainless steel wire mesh.
3. The employee then enters a grate above the brush rollers of the sole cleaner. Due to the rotation of the high-quality nylon brushes protruding through the grid, all dirt is rubbed off the soles of the boots and shoes. Via an automatic dosing pump, the cleaning and disinfectant reaches the soles of shoes and boots through the rotating roller brushes. If the continuous sole cleaner is exceeded, the soles are cleaned and disinfected perfectly in the shortest time.
4. While the employee is still standing in the sole washer, he holds his hands in the two openings of the hand disinfector. Two sensors ensure the continuous presence of the hands and trigger hand disinfection. The hands are completely wetted with the pre-set amount of disinfectant via full cone spray nozzles.
After all four steps have been completed, the vandal-proof, electric turnstile is unlocked for one person in the direction of production and the employee can enter the hygiene area. To indicate this, the LED display switches to green.
Any malfunctions such as a shortage of disinfectant or dirty sensors are indicated by a yellow LED display. The hygiene sluice is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which stops the system immediately and activates the stainless steel turnstile for evacuation in both directions. In addition, the cleaning system is equipped with stainless steel handrails for a stable hold during the cleaning process. Furthermore, the hygiene sluice has height adjustable screw feet and anti-slip steps for safe and convenient access and exit of the system.
The hygiene sluice is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel with finely ground surfaces. To minimize the cleaning and maintenance effort, the nylon brushes can be removed in a few easy steps without tools. In addition, all functional parts are accessible via maintenance flaps thanks to the ingenious design.
The Hygiene station ECO Comapct III is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
