The Hygiene station ECO Compact double track is particularly popular in small and medium-sized businesses with high staffing levels during peak times. It is suitable for use in food production, slaughterhouses and cutting plants as well as in the pharmaceutical industry. This double- track hygiene station is upgraded with two entry control devices with the same direction of travel, including a stainless steel turnstile and two-hand disinfection that cannot be outwitted. The soles are wet-cleaned using two pass-through sole cleaners, each with 1100 mm long nylon round brushes.
Thanks to the use of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel and state-of-the-art components, this dual-lane hygiene station is ideal for high footfall cycles with many employees. With its uniquely efficient mode of operation, it guarantees reliable compliance with the highest hygiene standards. The entire hygiene station is controlled automatically via sensors. The brush rollers can be easily removed without tools, making maintenance and cleaning of the "Hygiene station ECO Compact double track" very convenient.

This compact double-lane station with the same direction of movement ensures the thorough removal of oils and other greases from clogs, shoe and boot soles, as well as a high level of hand hygiene. When entering the hygiene station, hands are held in the opening provided in the housing of the automatic turnstile. Tamper-proof sensors then check and distribute the preset amount of disinfectant via cone jet nozzles on the palms of the hands. After successful hand disinfection, the passage is released via the stainless steel turnstile. The two LED displays in traffic light design indicate that hand cleaning is complete.
The soles of the shoes are cleaned automatically and simultaneously. The 1100 mm long bristles of the two high-quality nylon brushes reach through the grid and thoroughly clean the soles of the shoes and boots by adding a cleaning solution. The rotation of the roller brushes is triggered by a sensor, and the amount of cleaning agent can be adjusted to suit individual requirements and consumption. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
The sole cleaner is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel with finely polished surfaces. Thanks to the practical fact that all internal components can be easily accessed via maintenance flaps, the machine can be cleaned and serviced quickly and easily. In addition, the bristles of the same-lane double hygiene station can be removed for cleaning in a few simple steps without tools.
The "Hygiene station ECO Compact double track" is assembled and ready for connection after delivery, but the siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. Simple installation according to our instructions by a local plumbing company is recommended. Delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
