The Hygiene station ECO Compact dry version is a professional, sensor-controlled model for thorough, dry cleaning of shoe soles. The high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes thoroughly rub coarse particles such as flour and dust from the soles of shoes and boots. It thus ensures hygienically clean production facilities in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The compact hygiene sluice is particularly popular in small companies that have to do without wet sole cleaning for production-related reasons (e.g. bakeries). The sensor-controlled entrance control including a stainless steel turnstile ensures that all employees pass through the sole cleaner before entering sensitive production areas. In addition, it automates hand disinfection. The hygiene sluice is available with a side, head or without a dirt trap drawer. The version without drawer can also be operated as a wet version (see options).

The mode of operation of the Hygiene station ECO Compact dry version is child's play and yet highly effective. Thanks to the sensor control, the sole cleaner simply starts automatically as soon as staff and visitors enter the unit. The high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes protrude through the grating. The precise, fast rotating movements remove all build-up and coarse particles from the soles and sole edges. At the same time, the full cone jet nozzles of the disinfection module distribute the individually dosed disinfectant evenly over both hands. After cleaning the soles and disinfecting the hands, the compact hygiene sluice can be conveniently exited via the turnstile of the entrance control.
The optional version without drawer allows use as a wet pass-through sole cleaner. In this way, the hygiene sluice can be easily adapted to the changed cleaning conditions within the production plant. For this purpose, the solenoid valve of the dry version is simply connected to a fresh water supply. In the version without a dirt collection drawer, the rubbed-off particles collect underneath the brushes. There they can then be easily vacuumed off with a hoover thanks to the easily removable brush rollers. The option with dirt trap, on the other hand, allows the residual particles to be emptied in a flash via a drawer that can be pulled out from the side or the head. It is particularly popular with bakeries and other small businesses where future use with water is out of the question.
The Hygiene station ECO Compact dry version is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This results in an amazing durability and robustness. The entry control including stainless steel turnstile ensures that no visitor enters the sensitive production areas without completing the cleaning process. The side step protection, the handrails as well as the anti-slip, demountable steps ensure the highest level of safety for the employees. In addition, the system has an emergency stop switch.
In addition to its first-class cleaning performance, the hygiene sluice impresses with its minimal cleaning and maintenance effort. All functional parts are easily accessible via maintenance flaps. In addition, the roller brushes can be removed in a few easy steps without any tools. The sole cleaning system is also equipped with stainless steel swivel feet for a particularly precise installation. The side-mounted canister holder for hand sanitiser and liquid soap is integrated as standard. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).
The Hygiene station ECO Compact dry version is ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as installation are not included in the price. The simple installation according to our instructions is to be carried out by a local sanitary company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the kerbside.
