Description
The Hygiene station PROFI Compact with boot washer was developed for tough daily use in medium-sized to large production plants in the food, slaughtering and pharmaceutical industries. With its combination of mechanical sole cleaning with subsequent automatic disinfection of boot shafts, this hygiene station is ideal for access to production areas where employees wear different types of footwear. This cleaning system ensures controlled, hygienically perfect and extremely time-efficient disinfection of hands, shoe soles and boot shafts before entering sensitive hygiene areas.
In order to enter the protected production areas, the employees first enter a continuous sole cleaner with high-quality nylon brushes. Hand disinfection also takes place during sole cleaning. Boot carriers then clean their boot shafts in a shaft cleaning module. An intermediate platform is fitted in front of the shaft cleaning module, via which clogs and work shoes can leave the hygiene sluice quickly and conveniently.

The disinfection of shoes and hands begins at this hygiene station with entering a continuous sole cleaner. The employees move on an anti-slip stainless steel grating through which the nylon bristles of the two roller brushes emerge. The rotation of the brushes is triggered by a sensor and the rotation time can be individually programmed. The rotating nylon brushes remove all dirt adhering to the shoes and boots. At the same time, an automatic dosing pump (individually adjustable) transfers the detergent and disinfectant via the brushes to the shoe soles. The soles of work shoes, boots and clogs are perfectly cleaned and disinfected within a short time.
While the employee is still in the continuous sole cleaner, he holds his hands in the openings of the hand disinfection module. The disinfection process is started by sensors. Full cone spray nozzles distribute the disinfectant evenly to both hands in the pre-set dosage. As soon as the sensors have detected the continuous presence of the hands, the extremely robust, electrical stainless steel turnstile is released in the direction of production. A multi-LED display (red/green) indicates that the passage has been unlocked. In addition, this display signals problems such as lack of disinfectant or sensor contamination.
After passing through the turnstile system, the employees enter an intermediate platform. Here, shoe and clog wearers can leave the hygiene station via a separate exit. Employees equipped with boots enter the shaft cleaning module. The nylon bristles of the three vertical roller brushes remove all dirt adhering to the shafts and disinfect the boot shafts with the automatically supplied disinfectant mixture. The shaft cleaning device is triggered by a sensor in the handle bar.
All entrances and exits of the cleaning system are equipped with anti-slip, dismountable steps, which allow safe and comfortable entry and exit of the hygiene station. The stainless steel handrails on both sides ensure a stable hold during the entire disinfection process. In addition, this system is equipped with side step protection and height-adjustable stainless steel screw feet. For quick evacuation in emergency situations, the hygiene station is equipped with an emergency stop switch which stops the machine immediately and releases the turnstile in both directions. This also happens automatically in the event of a voltage drop.
All functional parts of this cleaning system are easily accessible via maintenance flaps. In addition, all nylon brushes can be removed in a few easy steps and without tools, which reduces the maintenance and cleaning effort of the hygiene station to its minimum.
The PROFI Compact Hygiene Station with Boot Washer is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
