The professional mechanical turnstile PROFI is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and impresses with its high corrosion resistance and durability in daily use. It allows one-way passage, permanently blocking the return route and thus helping to maintain high hygiene standards in sensitive production areas in the food and hygiene industries. The desired direction of passage (right or left) can be set individually (see options).
The delivery includes a robust, cushioned stainless steel turnstile that can be rotated in one direction and is particularly suitable for controlled access. In combination with a hygiene station, especially from our " Hygiene station PROFI" category, a consistently safe hygiene concept can be implemented. Employees or visitors must first pass through the turnstile before they can access sensitive production areas. In the event of a power failure, the turnstile remains freely movable, thus ensuring smooth operation. The stainless steel turnstile is released mechanically by direct contact with the rotating body, which makes it particularly easy and reliable to operate.
The turnstile PROFI can be installed either as a space-saving wall mounted or a stable floor standing unit (see options) and can therefore be flexibly adapted to the respective local conditions.
The Mechanical turnstile PROFI is delivered ready for connection on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside. Installation is carried out by a local specialist company and is easy to implement thanks to the instructions supplied. Installation is not included in the price.
