The Mobile disinfection tub for wheels and soles enables fully automatic wet cleaning and disinfection of tyres, rollers and shoe soles in sensitive production areas. The tub is particularly suitable for preventing the spread of germs in areas with high hygiene standards, such as in the pharmaceutical, food or logistics industries . This mobile solution is ready for immediate use, requires no installation or power connection and can be flexibly placed at the desired location.

The disinfection tub is made entirely of V2A stainless steel (material 1.4301), has several gratings in a tub and is available in two sizes (see options). The SHOR T model contains 3 gratings with a total of 14 brush strips and is particularly suitable for confined spaces or individual hygiene stations. The LONG version comprises 6 gratings with 14 brush strips and offers almost twice the cleaning area, ideal for heavily used passageways.
The mobile disinfection tub is ready for use in just a few steps: 4 side-mounted transport handles make it easy to move, so that the tub can be set up at the desired location using ramps on both sides . The gratings with the patented brush strips are then inserted into the tub. These move actively when driven or walked over, thereby cleaning mechanically. Once the liquid has been added, the tub is immediately ready for use, without the need for tools or a power connection. A central outlet and inlet makes it easy to empty the tub after use.
Disinfectant and cleaning fluid is poured directly into the stainless steel tub and used for fully automatic wet cleaning. Specially arranged, flexible bristles allow the fluid to rise by capillary action and specifically wet only the running surfaces of wheels and soles. The mechanical movement of the actively cleaning brush fibres removes dirt particles, bacteria and germs from the wheels and soles as soon as they enter sensitive areas. This keeps the surrounding floor dry and effectively prevents the spread of contamination.
With a load capacity of up to 800 kg , the disinfection tub is suitable for a wide range of applications, whether in the food, pharmaceutical or logistics industries. The disinfection tub is optionally available with a lifting device (lifter) and a wall bracket with 2 lifting hooks for easier maintenance (see accessories).
