Using the sole cleaning machine DRY 300 is foolproof. Before an employee enters the sole cleaning machine, he presses the foot button with his foot. This starts the powerful engine. The brush strip moves like conveyor belts from one side to the other. The brush belts are arranged side by side and always run in the opposite direction. When the employee enters the brush belts with his shoe or boot soles, all dirt, dust and other adhesions are quickly rubbed off the soles and sole edges. Moisture and wet impurities are also reliably removed from the shoes. The entire cleaning process takes only a few seconds and the running time of the brushes can be adjusted according to the individual conditions of the company. During the cleaning process, the stainless steel holding bar ensures a safe stand. When the employee leaves the system again, the soles of his shoes are perfectly clean and dry, which prevents dirt and moisture from being carried away and germs from forming.

The great advantage of this brush principle over rotating brushes is primarily the shortness of the bristles. Round and roller brushes usually require very long bristles, which makes them difficult to clean. In addition, they usually require a constant supply of water and disinfectant. The high-quality brush tapes, on the other hand, are only operated dry during operating hours. This is possible because the short and hard nylon bristles inside the machine are thoroughly cleaned and dried by counter brushes. The brushes can easily be disinfected with a water disinfectant solution outside the operating time.

The impurities and wetness rubbed off from the soles of the work shoes are collected in a dirt drawer inside the machine. This drawer can be easily pulled out and emptied. In addition, the entire sole cleaner is easy to clean, as it can simply be sprayed with water. Furthermore, this robust and stable stainless steel sole cleaning machine is equipped with rollers, which makes the system very mobile and can therefore be used at different locations within a company.
