The
walk-through sole cleaner Combi wet cleaning and drying PLUS serves the optimal cleaning of shoe soles with a
high degree of safety due to the forced guidance of the staff. First, the footwear of the employees is cleaned by
two rotating, horizontal blue brushes. To ensure hygienic cleaning,
the brushes are sprayed with the water-cleaning agent mixture via a nozzle block. The rotation is triggered by sensors. The operating time of the brushes can be set between 1 and 10 seconds. The integrated dosing pump can also be used to configure the amount of detergent according to your requirements. The brushes are easily accessible via flaps and can be cleaned and replaced without tools.
After wet cleaning and disinfection of the shoes,
the employees enter a draining zone, which serves to tap off and drain off coarse residual water. The stainless steel grate can be folded up for easy cleaning.
For the thorough drying of the residual moisture,
two rotating orange brushes, which are provided with a soft special trimming, follow after the dripping zone. These bristles
remove the residual moisture from the soles. The brushes are automatically
cleaned from moisture during rotation by means of an integrated wiper. Again, the process is triggered by a sensor and the brushes can be easily cleaned and replaced without tools. The special orange-coloured brush stock ensures that there is no confusion with the blue, wet-cleaning roller brushes when servicing and cleaning the machine.
The entire system is made of high-quality, fine-ground stainless steel. It is equipped with a handrail on both sides and an emergency stop switch for safety. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
The
Walk-through Sole Cleaner Combi wet cleaning and drying PLUS is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
