The use of this sole dryer prevents the carry-over of wetness and remaining moisture into sensitive areas. This cleaning system is suitable as the last element of a hygiene station after the shoes have been cleaned by wet cleaning with a disinfection basin or a classic sole cleaner and a spreading of the resulting moisture is to be prevented.

For a thorough drying of moisture, this walk-through sole cleaner is
equipped with two rotating round brushes, which are provided with a
special soft trim. The user enters the stainless steel grating which is mounted above the brushes and through which the bristles of the round brush extend. Due to the rotation of the brushes, the soft special bristles remove the wetness from the shoe soles. With the help of an
integrated brush wiper, the moisture from the brushes below the grating is collected. The sole cleaning machine is started
by a sensor control, whereby the duration of the brush rotation can be set individually.
For the highest degree of safety, this sole dryer is equipped with a
handrail on both sides which provides the employees with a stable hold during the drying of their shoe and boot soles. Two non-slip steps are attached to the system for comfortable and safe entry and exit. In addition, the sole cleaner is equipped with an easily accessible and clearly visible emergency stop switch. The entire system
is made of high-quality stainless steel. For easy maintenance and cleaning of the station, all components can be reached by maintenance flaps. In addition, the brushes can be removed and replaced in a few simple steps without tools. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
The
Walt-through Sole Dryer PLUS is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
