The walk through boot and sole washer is ideal for medium and large companies in the pharmaceutical, food and slaughter industries with high personnel requirements for shift changes. By means of a forced guide, this sole cleaning machine ensures efficient, safe and hygienic cleaning of the soles and sole edges of shoes, boots and boot shafts.
The sensitive production areas are left after crossing a brush roller module, which thoroughly cleans the soles and sole edges. This hygiene station prevents the carry-over of dirt into other rooms of the company. Following the walk through boot and sole washer, a shaft cleaning device is attached, which ensures perfect cleaning of boot shafts. Shoe and clog wearer leave the sole cleaner via the intermediate platform, while boot wearers leave the system after the upper cleaning module. Therefore, this system is particularly suitable for companies in which the personnel wear different footwear.

To get into the hygiene area, the employees have to pass through a pass-through sole cleaner. They move on a non-slip stainless steel grating. The high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes stick out through the grating. The rotation of the roller brushes removes all dirt and grime from the soles and sole edges. At the same time, the brushes are continuously wetted with a mixture of water and cleaning agents. The dosing of the cleaning or disinfectant is controlled by an automatic, individually adjustable dosing system. The system is activated by a sensor control which is started when the sole cleaning machine is entered. If required, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L floor stand, 20/25 L lockable.
Slip-resistant steps are installed at all entrances and exits to ensure safe and comfortable access to the sole cleaning system. The system is equipped with stainless steel handrails on both sides for secure support during sole and shaft cleaning. Additional safety is provided by a side step guard, which also acts as a splash guard thanks to its extra high mass. The sole cleaner also has high-quality stainless steel screw-on feet for optimum levelling of the system. Thanks to maintenance flaps which allow easy access to all functional parts, finely polished surfaces and the fact that the roller brushes can be removed in a few easy steps without tools, the maintenance and cleaning effort of the sole cleaner is minimized to an absolute minimum.
The Walk Through Boot and Sole Washer is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
