This drying cabinet offers space for up to 8 complete sets of equipment, consisting of 8 helmets, 16 gloves, 16 boots or shoes and 8 items of clothing. The housing is made of sendzimir galvanised sheet steel and is riveted several times at the corners. Sturdy welded steel hinges, magnetic locks, opening limiters and small rubber studs ensure quiet opening and closing, which is particularly advantageous in changing rooms and communal areas.
The modern control system with colour display and membrane keypad can be operated in multiple languages. The colour display allows drying times to be set flexibly, while the programmable 7-day timer enables automatic planning of drying intervals. This avoids unnecessary running times, for example at weekends. In addition, an integrated run-down timer with countdown function allows precise control of individual cycles.
A powerful fan combined with heating coils distributes the warm air evenly throughout the cabinet. With an air flow rate of up to 385 m³ per hour, helmets, clothing, shoes and gloves dry in no time. Two operating modes are available: circulating air or warm air drying. Both variants work efficiently, gently and reliably. This drying cabinet can be used in rooms with a temperature of 15 °C or higher. Multiple thermal protection ensures that the drying cabinet does not overheat and that the workwear being dried is protected. The basic equipment includes 8 ventilated helmet holders, 8 heated removable stainless steel blow-out clothes hangers, 16 glove attachments and 16 drying nozzles for shoes. They direct the warm air directly into helmets, jackets and trousers. This significantly reduces the drying time and keeps the equipment hygienically ready for use. A plasma ionisation device is available as an option to neutralise odours and reduce viruses and bacteria (see accessories below).
