Description
The pass through shoe-sole cleaning machine is designed in such a way that a smaller number of people per shift can clean their sole and sole edges quickly and thoroughly in the shortest time.
This sole cleaner is equipped with 2 special brushes, which ensure a
hygienically perfect cleaning of the soles and sole edges. The machine
is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4031 and is characterized by a
robust construction. This walk-through sole cleaner is suitable for
work shoes, clogs and boots.
The pass through shoe-sole cleaning machine convinces in every

stable guide rail ensures that the employees have a stable standing
during sole cleaning. Additional security is provided by the steps at
the rear and front (not shown in the picture), which make it easy to
enter and exit the lock.
The rotation of the brushes is initiated by a sensor which is mounted in the handrail of
the sole cleaning machine. When entering the machine, the cleaning
process starts automatically. By rubbing the work shoes in the nylon
bristles of the sole cleaning brush and the laterally mounted disc
brushes, all buildup is removed from the shoes. The mixture of water and
cleaning agent is sprayed onto the brushes via several nozzles during
the entire cleaning process. This combination ensures perfectly cleaned soles and sole edges. The detergent is dosed automatically by an individually adjustable injector.
If there is a large number of people per shift in your company, we recommend our ECO pass-through sole cleaner,
which is available in different brush lengths. To avoid long waiting
times with a large number of people per shift, we recommend a hygiene
station with long brushes which allows users to clean their soles and
sole edges while passing through (without stopping).
The pass-through Shoe-sole Cleaning Machine is delivered
assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer,
sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not
included in the price. The very simple installation according to our
instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The
delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
