ProfilGate b55 smooth - fully automated wheel cleaning

At just 55 mm high, the cleaning grates are either inserted at ground level or positioned on flat ramps to be driven over. This will create a cleaning area that all vehicles have to pass through. Dirt is removed by hot-dipped grating with special brush strips and then collected in stainless steel trays. The special brushes are positioned at an angle (patent-protected), enabling them to automatically and mechanically clean the tread of wheels, rollers and tyres.

With a height of just 55 mm, ProfilGate cleaning grates for pedestrians and vehicles (can withstand total loads of up to 40 t), can also be installed in hall entrances restrospectively. Patent-protected brushes clean the tyres while the vehicles drive over the cleaning grates without losing any time. Removed dirt is collected in trays located underneath the grating. The trays can be easily cleaned by removing the grating. All dirt falls into the trays, which prevents it from being picked back up again by the next vehicle.

To ensure efficient tyre cleaning, we recommend that the tyre treads come into contact with the brushes at least three times. This will remove 90% of dirt!

Option:

ProfilGate b55 - for continuous daily cleaning in industrial Areas

With a height of just 55 mm (including stainless steel tray), tyre cleaning system ProfilGate b55 smooth is the ideal compromise for most industrial applications.

A 10 mm tray located underneath the brush strips collects any dirt that has been removed from passing tyres, which means that the system can be cleaned less often. Like all ProfilGate models, ProfilGate b55 smooth also actively and thoroughly cleans soles, tyres and rollers – all without the need for a power connection.

We recommend ProfilGate b55 smooth for all areas with large numbers of vehicles and/or dirt.

Option:

ProfilGate b65 smooth - for large loads and large amounts of dirt

With an installation depth of just 65 mm including the stainless steel tray, tyre cleaning system ProfilGate b65 provides the same functions as its flatter counterparts with the added extra of a 20 mm tray located underneath the brush grates for collecting dirt.

As it can hold larger amounts of dirt, the tray doesn’t have to be cleaned as often.

We recommend ProfilGate b65 smooth in all areas with high numbers of vehicles and/or very large amounts of dirt

The width of the cleaning area corresponds to the size of the driveway. The area must be wide enough to ensure that vehicles of all sizes fit on the grates.

A ProfilGate model with deeper trays (b55 or b65) should be installed in outdoor entrances, as these usually encounter large amounts of dirt. As the trays can collect larger amounts of dirt, they do not have to be cleaned as often

The length of the cleaning area will determine how thoroughly the tyres are cleaned. For intensive and optimal dirt removal, we recommend that the grating is long enough for the tyres in question to roll over the area approx. 4 to 5 times.
