The sole cleaning machine DRY 200 is a professional sole cleaning machine for the tough use in industrial environments. Our sole cleaners are in daily use by several hundred renowned customers in industry, electronics, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, hospitals and trade. This model is functionally identical to the Sole cleaning machine DRY 100 except for the additional suction system.

Your employees can clean the soles, sole edges and upper leather of their work shoes carefully and efficiently with this system. The 4 roller brushes, the 2 side brushes and the oversized upper brush of the sole cleaning device ensure perfectly clean footwear for a large number of employees in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the integrated extraction system with G4 filter mats, this appliance is suitable for use in areas where dust and microparticles that are difficult to clean and harmful to health are to be expected.

The sole cleaning device is designed for tough, daily use in industrial areas. Four counter-rotating roller brushes thoroughly remove dirt and dust from the sole profile. Even very dirty soles are perfectly rubbed clean. Two brushes for cleaning the sole edges are attached to the side of the front area of the unit. The sole cleaning machine is also equipped with a very large upper brush for cleaning the upper leather.

The nylon brushes of the sole cleaner are driven by a powerful motor (650 rpm). The use of a robust toothed belt drive guarantees optimum pulling power and the ideal rotational speed of the various cleaning brushes. For the cleaning of their work shoes, the employees rub their feet alternately in the different round brushes of the sole cleaning device. The nylon bristles rub even the strongest impurities off the shoes in a few moments.

The brushed dirt is collected in a large dirt collection tray. With the tray system and the easy reachability of the dirt container, it can be emptied quickly and easily. The DRY 200 sole cleaning machine also has a suction and filtering device in the casing construction. The small particles (>10um), dust and suspended particles are sucked into the upper casing by the vacuum and collected in the filter. The cleaned air is then released through an outlet grille in the back of the housing. The filter mat can be replaced in a few simple steps.

We offer an optional grate for this sole cleaning machine (see options). The advantage is obvious: after cleaning the sole, the user does not step back into the dirty area from which he came, as dirt largely falls through the grate and the tread surface itself remains clean. This ensures better separation of the black and white areas, especially in sensitive areas. The standard version is supplied without grate.

The sole cleaning machine can be equipped with conductive brushes instead of nylon brushes for use in areas susceptible to electrical discharge (see options). This ESD version prevents static charge during the cleaning process, thus protecting sensitive electronic components.
