The sole washer 100-012 is a small, professional sole cleaning machine for the use in food production and communal catering. To clean the soles of the shoes, the employee first positions his shoe, boot or clog on the foot bar placed above the roller brush. The boot cleaner is started with a grip on the contact button in the handle bar. While the nylon brush rotates, the boot sole and brush are continuously watered. The detergent is dosed automatically by an individually adjustable injector. The injector can be adjusted to your individual requirements with the various nozzle sizes supplied. The combination of running water, cleaning agent and bristle rubbing on the soles quickly and efficiently removes all dirt from the soles of the shoes. The used liquid is collected in the collecting tray below the brush and together with the rubbed off dirt it is automatically fed into the waste water.
In addition to its simple operation and efficient cleaning performance, the sole washer impresses with its very long-lasting service life and great robustness due to the use of the best stainless steel.
The boot cleaner is delivered ready for connection, but siphon, sealing and small parts are not included in the scope of delivery. Installation and commissioning is very simple: the machine only needs to be connected to a water connection, a sewage pipe and a normal 230V power outlet.
