The hygiene sluice hand disinfection BASIC is ideal for businesses with 20-30 people per shift. The hygiene sluice enables fast and thorough disinfection of the hands and soles of employees' shoes without a large backlog at the beginning of the shift.

This disinfection station consists of a 2-hand disinfection system that is secure against tampering in conjunction with a turnstile that is activated only after hand disinfection has been completed. A light signal indicates the successful disinfection of the hands and the activation of the stainless steel turnstile. During hand cleaning, the user is in a continuous sole cleaner. Two horizontal and rotating round brushes, which are covered with a stainless steel grating, guarantee a quick and perfect cleaning of the shoe and boot soles. While passing through the continuous sole cleaner, the nylon brushes are wetted with an automatically dosed water-cleaning mixture. The rotation of the brushes is triggered by a sensor when entering the hygiene sluice.

After the end of the shift, the turnstile system can be walked through without hand disinfection after this function has been specifically enabled. The renewed cleaning of the soles prevents the carry-over of contaminations, which have been generated in the production area, into the social wing of your company. Again, the continuous sole cleaner is triggered by a sensor.

The hygiene station is made of high-quality, finely ground stainless steel. It is extremely robust and therefore ideal for intensive use under long running times with high staff numbers. For emergencies, the cleaning system is equipped with an emergency stop button and an emergency flip switch, which stops the machine immediately and releases the turnstile in both directions for rapid evacuation.

The Hygiene Station hand disinfection BASIC is delivered assembled and ready for connection, but siphon, backflow preventer, sealing and small parts as well as the installation on site are not included in the price. The very simple installation according to our instructions is carried out e.g. by a local plumbing company. The delivery is made on a pallet by lorry to the kerbside.
